MAINTENANCE

Routine Maintenance is an essential component to your fire equipment life. Your equipment must be inspected, tagged and tested in accordance with Australian Standards AS1851, AS2293 and the like in order to perform to its minimum standard of performance.

Routine Maintenance schedules are usually either 1, 3, 6 or 12 monthly depending on the measures installed in your building.

Routine Maintenance intervals are stipulated in each of Australian Standards publications.

These schedules must also be adhered to in order to issue certification of any fire safety system.

Other maintenance or verification methods may be applied to certain fire safety measures such as the Building Codes of Australia.

We also provide as a value added service, the following:

-Asset Register (Pictoral & Descriptive information on each asset installed in the building)

-System Condition Report (Certificate acknowledging the items or measures we have maintained meet the minimum require standard of performance.)
-Defect Report (Where defects are found, a report is made against any asset and delivered in a reporting based format to the building owner, tenant or real estate agent.)
-Property Activiey Report (A report stating routine maintenance activities performed in each property we maintain)
-Routine Schedule (A graph which clearly indicates each measure installed in a building or tenancy and the frequency of maintenance required as per the standard in order to achieve its minimum performance.)
